What counts the most?

It is not what you do during the event, seminar, or coaching session but what action you take after that counts the most.

Me at UPW London, 2019.

So you have probably participated in a motivational event or in a personal growth workshop or retreat. All good so far.

You felt differently, like “I got this. I really got this. I will change my life. I am so upbeat and energized.”

Then you come home and feel upbeat. You practice what you learned.

One week passes and you probably notice that your UPBEAT, CAN DO ALL energy is starting to fade away. Maybe you meet your family member who calls this mumbo jumbo lifestyle (remember, many people do not want us to change as they are afraid of losing us or not knowing how to communicate with us anymore if we change too much).

Suddenly you feel not so motivated, and you find yourself procrastinating, slipping into old patterns.

This happens to so many people. Because many of them think that if I just go to that seminar or if I will just participate in that workshop, it will change my life. Sadly, this is not the truth.

What counts the most is what you do after those events.

How much action do you take?

What exercises do you keep repeating over and over again?

How do you plan your schedule?

How do you prepare yourself for the hard days?

What happens after the seminar, counts the most.

Does this sound familiar to you?

It certainly does to me.

In 2019 I went to Tony Robbins Unleash The Power Within 3 days event in London and that was a life transformation for me. Why? Because I did 70% of what I was taught. Imagine if I would have done 100%?

What helped me the most to stay on track?

Reviewing all the notes and writing down the summary of all I learned.

Rereading the summary every week.

Doing meditation exercises every morning for 6 months.

Doing the exercises continuously.

Feeling my energy, motivation, and light fading away, and enrolling in the next workshop/course/event, to keep myself on track.
