Feeling the life, Thailand. 2022.

I want to eat slowly.

I want to read slowly.

I want to work slowly.

I want to walk slowly.

I want to breathe slowly.

I want to move towards my goals slowly.

I want to live slowly.

I want to create slowly.

I have been running too fast.

I noticed my life passing by me just way too quickly. I kept reaching one goal after the other, and not stopping to enjoy the mountain tops. After one goal came the other and the other and the other. After one task came the new one and newer one and newer one.

After one day came a new one, but one day the new day won´t come, so then I asked myself: where am I rushing?

Why do I run through life? Where do I want to get in such a hurry? I will get there eventually, but why hurry? I love life, so let me taste it more.

I want to taste the food I put in my mouth.

I want to feel the sun on the strawberry.

I want to feel the words I read, to be present for every sentence.

I want to smile at the blooming flower.

I want to focus on one task at hand and do it well.

I want to walk slowly, so I can notice the world that is surrounding me.

I want to feel each breath because one day the breath becomes the air…

I want to grow, to improve, to be a better person, but slowly.

Enough running.

I want to feel life and savor all its tastes.

Slowly, but forward…
