How do I find ideas on what to write on Medium
I do not have a strategy when I write on Medium. Well, maybe I do, but it is different from what most people have. I write only what I feel like writing. I write because it makes me happy. I write because I feel I want to share. And if someone will read it — fine, if not — also fine.
I also want to become better at writing, and the best way is just to write. Also reading a lot of books helps. Just a tip :)
I generate the ideas in one of those ways:
- Browse through Medium and see what others write and if I have any personal stories or opinions on those topics.
- Browse through my albums and remember events from my past and maybe some are worth writing about.
- Look at what I do throughout my days.
- Listen to people. Listen carefully. I do not always get into the discussion as many times it is useless. Then I share my opinion on the topic on Medium instead.
- Listen to my heart, what does it want to tell about…
Have a good time writing.
